Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the next day (subject to availability). All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our premises on Monday or on the next business day.
We are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order so, please make sure to check that all shipping addresses are entered correctly before purchasing. We will not be liable if any details have been entered incorrectly once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Options, Delivery Costs & Shipping time
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Please note that shipping times are an estimate only and may increase due to high volume orders.
- UK Standard Shipping / Handling (3 – 6 business days)
- UK Signed for Shipping / Handling (1 – 5 business days)
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. For EU sales this charge will be included in the shipping fee ** The service is intended for physical goods valued at €150 or below
Note we are currently not shipping to the European Union this service will be available soon
For International sales outside the European Union, we recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as import duties and taxes can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these fees for you.
On rear occasions items might get lost or damaged during delivery, in such an event please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Please note: we are not able to refund lost orders that are marked as “delivered” in the Royal Mail system.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept online returns and will process the refund using the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 28 days of receiving a product ordered from www.lykkesocks.com (“Site”). On receipt of returned items, refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be advised by e-mail when the credit has been processed. This will usually be within 7 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
We use Royal mail for our return parcel for our UK based customers
Please contact us at [email protected] to let us know if you want to return a product. We will email you a Pre-Paid Postage label which you can print at home and apply to the package in its the original packing, and you can either post the items/s in a Royal Mail post box or hand it in at your local Post Office.
Please note that we are currently unfortunately unable to offer an international freepost returns label and we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
Due to Covid-19 measures, post offices are experiencing issues on international shipments to several countries. We will be following the new guidelines and announcements for further changes. Thank you for supporting our independent small brand. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
